Terms of Use (ToU)
These terms govern access to and use of the Sicomia website and service.
1. Definitions
- • Service : the Sicomia solution (theme, modules, AI Dashboard and related features).
- • User : any person browsing the website or using the Service.
- • Customer : a user with an account and/or a subscription.
2. Purpose
These terms define the rules for access to the website and the Service, as well as the respective rights and obligations of the publisher and users.

Commercial terms (pricing, payment, termination) are described in the Terms of Sale.
2 ter. Contractual documents
Use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Legal Notice.
3. Access to the service
Access may require the creation of an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.
4. General description
Sicomia notably provides: (i) visual identity recommendations (palette/contrasts), (ii) a catalog optimisation module (CSV), and (iii) an SEO audit module with prioritisation, depending on the subscribed offer and the product status.
Features may evolve (improvements, fixes) as part of maintenance.
5. User obligations
- • Use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- • Do not attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Service.
- • Do not systematically extract content or attempt to reconstruct the source code.
- • Ensure that imported content (e.g. CSV files, texts) does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, website, trademarks, logos, graphic elements, content and software remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. No rights are transferred other than the right of use within the framework of the Service.
7. Data and confidentiality
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Customer remains responsible for the data they import, the associated rights and their compliance obligations (notably if that data contains personal data relating to third parties).
8. Availability — maintenance
The publisher uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Service. Temporary interruptions may occur (maintenance, updates, incidents). Where applicable, the publisher strives to limit their impact.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service provides recommendations and deliverables to assist decision-making. Results (conversion, SEO, turnover) depend on many external factors and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, loss of turnover, unsaved data loss, etc.).
10. Account termination / deletion
The conditions for termination and end of access depend on the subscribed offer and the associated contractual terms. The publisher may suspend access in the event of a serious breach of these terms or a security incident.
11. External links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. The publisher exercises no control over those websites and disclaims any liability regarding their content.
12. Applicable law — jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable settlement, jurisdiction is assigned to the territorially competent courts, subject to mandatory public policy provisions.
